AROGYA Kolkata Organized by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The age old knowledge needs to be recast in a more acceptable modern, scientific idiom today. The Govt. of India has recognized the challenges of nurturing these systems to help expand the reach of these low cost, non invasive therapies. The Department of AYUSH, has been organizing a comprehensive health fair since 2001 as an awareness generation exercise. Arogya 2010 Kolkata is there for Projecting Indian Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy,Presenting the Research and Development efforts of Institutions and agencies and disseminating the same,Projecting India’s capabilities and requirements in health care and related spheres thereof like educational and employment opportunities.
